Shovelware Studios LLC ("Shovelware Studios," "we," "us," or "our") provides Bouncy Frog, a mobile game with optional online identity, competition, cloud-save, advertising, purchase, and friend-invite features.
Game progress, scores, currency, unlocked skins, settings, challenge progress, login streaks, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally. When a player uses Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, the platform may provide a player identifier, display name, and platform information needed for achievements, leaderboards, cloud saves, Daily Runs, and invite features.
Bouncy Frog's online services may process player identifiers, display names, platform, leaderboard scores, Daily Run results, achievement and challenge progress, invite and referral codes, reward status, cloud-save metadata and content, timestamps, IP address, and security or diagnostic information. This information is used to provide gameplay features, prevent abuse, resolve save conflicts, and operate the service. Cloud-save conflicts are shown before one copy replaces another.
Bouncy Frog uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network data, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information under their policies and the user's consent choices. Ad removal and other purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple; Shovelware Studios does not receive full payment-card or banking details.
Friend invitations are created only when the user chooses to share. The selected messaging, email, social, or other destination service receives the content the user sends and applies its own privacy policy. Referral records may be retained long enough to award benefits and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
Leaderboard data can be deleted from Bouncy Frog's leaderboard profile or settings. Players may also request deletion of Bouncy Frog server data by emailing contact@shovelwarestudios.net. Requested data is deleted unless a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Local data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Platform-managed data and cloud backups can be managed through the user's Google or Apple account.
Bouncy Frog is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
