No. Hosting is month-to-month and the build fee is a one-time payment. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know - see below for how source code transfers work when you're ready to move on.
Yes, source code is available upon request with a $100 transfer fee, which covers packaging, documentation, and handoff. If you request it before completing 12 months of service, the original build fee also applies in addition to the transfer fee. After 12 full months of service, it's the $100 transfer fee only.
